About Agent Jess:

I kicked off my State Farm adventure back in 2011 right here in Fort Madison as a team member for another Agent. Over time, my love for this community (and my customers!) grew so much that I became an Agent in 2021. I’m a true Southeast Iowa kid—born and raised in Keokuk. My husband Chris and I have our hands full with our adorable toddler, Will, plus our two mischief-makers, Bo and Gus, our beagles. When I’m not working, you’ll probably catch me volunteering around town or immersing myself in all things home related- I love interior design, art and cooking. I genuinely love what I do and feel lucky every day to serve such an awesome community. Helping neighbors, supporting local businesses, and making a difference? • Q: Why did you become an insurance agent? I am most passionate about helping people with their life insurance! I am all about making sure families are protected for generations to come. I come from a blue-collar background. My family worked hard, but we didn't have much. Being able to grow and help others the same way I learned to help my family energizes me! Life insurance is the last love letter you leave to your family!

• Q: What kind(s) of insurance do you offer? We have auto, home, life, health and retirement services.

• Q: Do you have a team of insurance professionals? How much experience do you have? I am BLESSED with a long tenured amazing team who cares about our customers and community!

• Q: What kind of activities or organizations do you support in your community? I am big on supporting my community-after all, I live here too! I love to get involved and lend a hand when and where I can. In 2025 alone, we donated over $20,000 to our community through donations and sponsorships, and we are on pace to do it again in 2026!
